The heater housing of the Renault Austral contains the heater core, blower motor and air flaps. It controls airflow through the ventilation system and provides heating and defogging inside the cabin. Coolant smell, weak airflow, no warm air, or clicking noises behind the dashboard may indicate a faulty heater housing or components inside it.
